½ onion, minced

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 poblano pepper, chopped

2-3 chipotle pepper, chopped

2 cups walnuts, chopped

1 cup of red lentils

1 cup of bulgur

2 tablespoon of chili powder

1 tablespoon of smoked paprika

1 tablespoon of flavored vinegar

6 cups of broth/ water

Extra addition

1 can of 14 ounce of pumpkin puree

2-3 cans of 14 ounce black beans, rinse and drained
